Shipping policy

We ship all orders as packages making it possible to track them in case of any problems. Orders are sent by PostNord or GLS. Please note that we only ship to access- /collection point. 

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the country you would like to ship to. 

At Nordic Simply we strive for quick delivery, and therefore all orders placed before 12.00 am are shipped the following weekday. Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends and public holidays. These orders will be processed on the following business day. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.

Nordic Simply cannot be held responsible for any delays with the shipping company or local customs. Please track your package with the courier service. You are always welcome to contact us to help you track your order. 

You can expect to receive your package:
Within 2-4 business days for delivery in Denmark.

Shipping rates depend on destination:
Denmark: DKK 39 to a GLS package shop. Delivery time 2-4 business days. 
Denmark: Free shipping on orders from DKK 649 and above 

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery charges to remote areas exceed a certain amount. 

Orders can be delivered to one of GLS’s package shops  - to certain countries delivery will be to private addresses. If you wish to know exactly how your package will be delivered, please contact us at ship@nordicsimply.com.
