Our terms and conditions apply when you order items from our website www.nordicsimply.com for delivery in Denmark and across Europe. Therefore, we advise you to read through all the below-mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping at nordicsimply.com. If you do not understand parts of the terms and conditions, we recommend that you contact customer service before you start shopping on the website. The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and we, therefore, ask you to accept the terms and conditions every time you shop with us. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you cannot order on our website.
The webshop is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices on items are incorrect.
Please note the website might temporarily be down for maintenance. To the extent possible, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night. Purchases can only be made when the webshop is open.
Nordic Simply orders
To shop at www.nordicsimply.com, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit/debit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years old, then you may only use the Services with your parent or guardian's permission.
When placing an order, select the items you want to buy and click "Add to shopping cart". You can amend and check the contents of your shopping cart right up until you place your order. Additional payments including shipping and credit/debit card charges will first be calculated once you are ready to place your order.
When you are ready to place your order, click on "Checkout". On the next page, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, payment method and select your shipping method. You can change the contents of your shopping basket right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on "Complete order".
Nordic Simply is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed. Therefore, please make sure that everything is correct before you check out. Please contact our customer service if you made a mistake while placing your order – we are ready to help you.
You can pay for items on www.nordicsimply.com using the following payment methods:
Credit card charges on all online orders are covered by us. Payments with VISA and MasterCard are processed via Shopify Payments.
Acknowledgement of order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
If we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation email that confirms the item(s) have been dispatched. The contract between you and us will be entered once you have received the order confirmation email.
The prices on the website are shown in the following currency; DKK and are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT. Customers shopping from a country outside the EU must accept local taxes and duties may be added for which Nordic Simply cannot be held responsible.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices of the items you are purchasing. The amount of the delivery charge will vary depending on the country you would like to ship to.

30-day return policy
If you wish to return any item purchased on www.nordicsimply.com, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If the 30 days expire on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In cases where multiple goods are purchased in one order but delivered separately, goods can be returned within 30 days of receiving the last delivery.
IMPORTANT: Items on sale must be returned within 14 days.

When returning goods, please ensure that they are securely wrapped and wherever possible, please return the items in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage receipt and tracking number when returning goods to us. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
NOTE: Please write in big letters "RETURN PARCEL" on the outside of your parcel.
We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
Proof of purchase
When returning an order, you must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase. Please also attach a completed return form to facilitate processing.
Items should be returned in a resalable condition to receive a full refund. Once we have received the returned goods, they will be inspected and you will be refunded your purchase price. Refunds will be made to the original payment method e.g. credit card refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.
We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the good if this has been caused by your handling, including but not limited to:
- Returned items have been used
- Items have been damaged while you were responsible for it
- You have not taken reasonable care of the items so that they are not in a resalable condition
Right to cancel (EU customers only)
In addition to our returns policy, if you are a customer in the European Union and regret your purchase, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and claim a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. In the case of split deliveries for multiple goods in one order, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer received the last of the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the items. Whilst you may inspect the items and try them on when they are in your possession, they must be returned in a resalable condition.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your wish to cancel by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You will also be responsible for returning the items to us including the return shipping costs. You should return the items in their original packaging wherever possible and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel. We will reimburse you the purchase price to the original payment method used. Please note that we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items.
All purchases on www.nordicsimply.com have a warranty period of 24 months. If the product you have purchased with us is found defective during the warranty period, you reserve the right to have your faulty good partially or fully refunded, repaired or replaced, contingent on the circumstance. Please note that this warranty does not cover products damaged as a result of wear and tear, inappropriate use or other damaging conduct.
Complaints & returning faulty goods
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the items passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive it.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs, within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to ordinary wear and tear are not considered faulty.

You must lodge your complaint within a "reasonable time" of discovering the defect. Any notice given within a period of 30 days after you have discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice.
In addition, you must return the faulty good to us within a reasonable time of sending the complaint, including details of the defect using our return form to facilitate the processing of your complaint.

If your complaint is legitimate and you have received a defective product, Nordic Simply will reimburse your return shipping costs. If the fault does not fall within Nordic Simply’s warranty, you will bear all responsibility for shipping including our costs for returning the item to you after inspection.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, you may submit a complaint about items purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via https://www.forbrug.dk/
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint on the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
General terms relating to our relationship with you
Our entire liability under these general terms and conditions and return policy shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you purchased through nordicsimply.com. We will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these general terms and conditions or the returns policy if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include (but are not limited to) fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.
If you breach these general terms and conditions or the returns policy and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the general terms and conditions or returns policy.
If one or more of the terms set out in these general terms and conditions or the returns policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to affect and you will still be bound by them.

We would like to point out that your personal and order information will not be deleted if you have set up a profile with us unless you explicitly ask us to do so.
Nordic Simply does not sell, share or disclose your personal information to any third parties, except in the event of a restructuring, a full or partial sale of the company or otherwise as required by law. In all circumstances, we would work closely with these third parties to ensure your privacy is respected and protected.
As a customer, you have the right to access information held about you. You also have the right to ask us not to process your personal data and any inquiries regarding this should be directed to Nordic Simply via email to email@example.com
Governing Law & jurisdiction
The use and purchase of goods on www.nordicsimply.com will be governed by and construed according to Denmark's laws. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
